    I blend evidence-based approaches (like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness) with a relational, narrative lens; which means I care about your story, your roots, your values, and the ways the world around you has shaped your experiences.


    We move at your pace, with space for both reflection and action.

  • Like a judgment-free chat with a friend…  if that friend happened to have some solid training in mental health, trauma, and relationships.
    I’m not into the cold, clinical stuff; no blank stares or monotone vibes here.
    We might laugh, sit with silence, unpack something heavy, or gently make sense of what’s been swirling in your head.

    You don’t need to have it all figured out or say things perfectly. You just get to show up as you are.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes long.
    Most clients start with weekly sessions so we can build momentum and trust.
    From there, we’ll collaborate on what feels supportive; that might mean staying weekly, shifting to biweekly, or something else that fits your season of life.

  • Yes! I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant video therapy for folks located in Illinois and Michigan.
    All you need is a private space, a steady internet connection, and maybe a snack or a drink.

  • My current out-of-pocket rate is $150 per 50-minute session for individuals and $175 per 50-minute session for couples
    I am in-network with the following insurance plans:
    BCBS PPO, UHC PPO, & Aetna
    For other plans, I can provide a superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement.
