Healing begins when you feel seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to walk alongside you as a fellow traveler; creating a space that feels safe, honest, and grounded in compassion.

As a first-generation South Asian American and eldest daughter of immigrants, I understand the tension of family expectations, the longing for belonging, and the challenge of holding multiple identities at once. These lived experiences shape how I show up in therapy: honoring every part of your story: who you’ve been, who you are, and who you’re becoming.

Approach

My style is relational, trauma-responsive, and person-centered.

  • We build trust and safety together; healing happens in connection

  • You are the expert of your own story; therapy is something we co-create

  • Our work honors both insight and practicality, guided by your pace and values

I integrate mindfulness, narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, Relational-Cultural Therapy (RCT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), all tailored to your unique goals and personality.

Culturally Grounded Care

I believe therapy should make room for both laughter and tears; a space where vulnerability is met with warmth and curiosity. My work is rooted in cultural humility and social justice, honoring your values, lived experiences, and intersecting identities.

I especially enjoy working with South Asian, BIPOC, immigrant, LGBTQ+, and first- or second-generation adults seeking connection, balance, and authenticity.
