We’re a team of therapists with diverse training and lived experiences, united by a shared belief: therapy should feel warm, safe, and deeply human.

Each of us brings unique approaches and specialties: from trauma work to premarital counseling to cultural identity support, as well as therapy for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. What ties us together is our commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
