Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you- it’s about making space for who you are.

I believe healing happens when we can show up honestly, without judgment or pressure to perform. In our work together, you’ll have room to slow down, reflect, and untangle the things that feel heavy- at a pace that feels right for you.

As a Muslim, South Asian therapist, I understand what it’s like to move between cultures, expectations, and versions of yourself. You don’t have to explain or minimize your experience here; this space was built with that kind of understanding in mind.

Approach

My style is calm, curious, and collaborative.

  • I meet you where you are- not where you “should” be.

  • We’ll explore what healing means for you, not anyone else’s definition.

  • Sessions blend reflection with simple, doable practices for everyday life.

I draw from mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with attachment and trauma-informed perspectives. My approach is flexible and human. It’s meant to help you reconnect with yourself, one small step at a time.

Culturally Grounded Care

I believe therapy should make room for both laughter and tears; a space where vulnerability is met with warmth and curiosity. My work is rooted in cultural humility and social justice, honoring your values, lived experiences, and intersecting identities.

I especially enjoy working with Muslim clients, South Asian, BIPOC, immigrant, and first- or second-generation adults and teens seeking connection, balance, and authenticity.
