Hi! I’m Wareesha

I’m a South Asian therapist who shows up with lots of warmth, curiosity, and genuine care for your story. Therapy with me isn’t about cold questions or checklists. It’s real, down-to-earth, and all about you. We’ll have honest conversations where you can feel safe, seen, and totally yourself. I believe healing happens when we connect in a space that feels cozy and judgment-free, where it’s okay to be messy, human, and hopeful all at once.

I love working with emerging and modern adults who are figuring out identity, relationships, career changes, and healing old wounds. I also support couples who want to grow closer with kindness and intention. My style blends compassion-focused, narrative, and CBT approaches, all wrapped in cultural awareness and care. I get what it’s like to live in that in-between space… balancing expectations while chasing a life that truly fits you, and I’m here to walk that path right beside you, whether you’re stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to try something new.

If this speaks to you, I’d love to connect. You don’t need perfect words or a clear reason to reach out just a bit of curiosity is enough. Let’s see where that takes us.

A real person on the other side; couch, screen, or wherever you are

My approach is grounded in connection, and collaboration. I integrate narrative therapy, mindfulness, and evidence-based methods like CBT and ACT to support your healing and growth. In our work together, we’ll create a space where your story is honored, your strengths are recognized, and your path forward feels intentional and aligned with your values.
