Being human is complex, and there is no shame in admitting that we all get stuck sometimes. We often fall into old patterns or ways of thinking that served us once, but now just feel impossible to break on our own. I am here to sit in that stuckness with you. My goal is to provide a space defined by warmth and a truly non-judgmental presence, because I believe that real healing only happens when you feel safe enough to take off the mask. Together, we will work toward the clarity and empowerment you need to move forward with genuine understanding rather than just “getting through it.”

My commitment to this work is deeply personal. As a Latinx female who has navigated the complexities of family dynamics, divorce, and my own journey through anxiety, depression, and grief, I just don’t sympathize with your struggle, I truly understand the weight of it. These lived experiences inform my therapeutic approach, fueling my passion for helping others reclaim their power and navigate life’s pressures. I use my own path as a compass to ensure you never feel alone, offering the same empathy and resilience that helped me find my own way through.

My Approach

  • Real healing only happens when we are connected to others, not when we are trying to fix ourselves in isolation. Lasting change is not about fixing a symptom or bad habit, it is about finally understanding and honoring the ways you learned to survive. When we understand why these patterns showed up in the first place, we can start to move forward.

  • You are the true expert of your own life; my role isn't to tell you who to be, but to act as a collaborator who helps you navigate the complexities of your world with more clarity.

  • My therapeutic approach is warm, relational, and non-judgmental, providing a safe space where you can be your most authentic self without the pressure of having it all figured out.

  • I believe the relationship we build is the most important tool for change, offering a foundation of trust and attunement that allows you to feel supported enough to take risks and grow.

Culturally Grounded Care

I approach our work with cultural humility, which means that I do not show up as an expert who has all the answers, but as a partner committed to truly understanding your specific journey. As a Puerto Rican woman, my own identity and lived experience deeply inform how I show up in the therapeutic space. I understand how culture, family, and systemic factors shape who we are and how we move through the world; my commitment is to honor those dynamics, ensuring your values are respected and your whole self is welcome. I prioritize listening and learning from you, and building a relationship rooted in genuine curiosity and respect.
