Good Faith Estimate
Your Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, healthcare providers are required to provide individuals who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance with an estimate of the expected costs for healthcare services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your mental health care services.
A Good Faith Estimate will include anticipated costs for therapy services and any related expenses that may be reasonably expected as part of your care. The estimate is based on information known at the time it is provided and may be updated if your treatment needs change.
