Approach
I believe healing is a universal human right, and we all deserve a space to process, grow, and accept our truest selves.
My approach is relational, emotion-focused, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through connection.
You deserve a space to process, grow, and heal
You are the expert in your own life
Therapy should feel warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental
I blend humor and philosophical wisdom into my work while helping clients better understand their emotions, patterns, relationships, and sense of self.
My approach incorporates Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic techniques, polyvagal theory, attachment theory, and relational work to help identify underlying emotions and understand how they show up in your relationships with yourself and others.
Connection, Attachment & Healing
Being human is hard. We often get stuck in patterns or cycles without fully realizing how we got there- and what we need to get unstuck. I wholeheartedly strive to offer a space where you can be curious about these patterns, explore your feelings, and find clarity in a way that fosters empowerment.
As a hyper-independent eldest daughter, I know all too well the feeling of thinking you can handle it all on your own. I'm here to honor these parts of you and provide gentle reminders that humans are made and programmed for attunement and connection, and we don't have to do it all alone.
I understand that cultural humility is an essential foundation for navigating the intimate complexities of therapy. There is a power imbalance that exists between any client and clinician, and I name that because I believe it is important to honor how past experiences and cultural and societal expectations can shape who we are today and how we show up in any room.
